Borealis Security Privacy Choices and U.S. State Rights Public page for cookie controls, supported Global Privacy Control handling, marketing opt-outs, and applicable U.S. state privacy-request channels Effective date: March 15, 2026
Use this page as the public control surface. This page is meant to work with the cookie banner and footer links. If the site uses optional analytics or marketing technologies, this page should explain the opt-out mechanism, GPC handling, and rights-request channels in plain language.
Overview
This page explains the public privacy-choice controls for borealissecurity.com and related Borealis request flows. Borealis does not sell personal information for money. Depending on the live configuration of optional analytics or marketing technologies and the choices you make, certain identifiers or internet-activity information may be disclosed to analytics or marketing providers in a manner that may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws.
Cookie controls
Optional analytics and marketing technologies should remain off until you turn them on through the cookie banner or “Cookie Preferences” control. You can revisit those settings at any time through the site’s cookie-preference controls.
Supported browser privacy signals
Borealis honors supported Global Privacy Control signals by keeping optional analytics and marketing technologies off on the public Borealis marketing site and related request flows. Legacy “Do Not Track” is not used as the controlling opt-out mechanism because it is not a standardized consent or opt-out signal.
Marketing communications choices
You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting Borealis at privacy@borealissecurity.com. Transactional, operational, legal, security, and relationship-management messages may still be sent where appropriate even if you opt out of promotional communications.
U.S. state privacy requests
Depending on where you live and applicable legal thresholds, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or copies of certain personal information; to appeal a denied request; or to opt out of certain disclosures or uses recognized by law. To exercise applicable rights, contact privacy@borealissecurity.com and provide enough information for Borealis to understand and verify the request. Borealis may need to verify your identity or authority and may deny or limit requests as permitted by law.
Aurora Command and other linked systems
If a link takes you into Aurora Command or another Borealis-controlled or customer-controlled system, that system may publish its own privacy, cookie, AI, or reviewer notices and may provide separate controls or rights mechanisms.
